Kantamanto is a place, a culture and a community, a community on the receiving end of a colossal problem and a community that is contributing more to circularity than any company in the Global North. If the Global North continues to outsource the waste management of their overconsumption by exporting clothing to communities like Kantamanto, then Kantamanto would receive their fair share of the EPR fee paid by producers.
